Rental of the house includes :

An everyday maid service for breakfast, cleaning, laundry, cooking if you want. She can stay all day but you decide her schedule.

Sudath, our contact man will welcome you at the airport if you want, and will help you in any question or any needs. He lives nearby and he will do his best for perfect vacations. You can call him anytime.
He can arrange any excursions around, but also for beer and local transportation. A perfect guy.

The construction is brand new with antiques windows and doors.
A lot of concrete shelves in the bathroom, the kitchen, and the main room are at your disposal.
There is a telephone for your local calls and you can buy a card for international ones. Wireless internet broadband is included.
The kitchen is fully equiped with fridge, microwave oven, everything for cooking, and a washing machine.

The beach is just in front of the house. Only few fishermen in the morning, local kids at times, most of the time you will be the only ones in the sea, enjoying a virtually private beach.
The sea could be very nice and calm or pretty rough depending on the season.
Winter time is best for swimming, summer time is at your own risk.
