Restaurants abound within walking distance, local and international, inc. 4 on site. Good restaurants can be found everywhere, some 24 hrs. Even western restaurants are very affordable, local food can be very cheap/tasty.
To the right of apartment about 3 min walk is a international supermarket called Hock Choon. Breakfast items, snacks, cheese, bread, wine, salad, fruits, meat/vegetables can be purchased here. Oppsite is a small retail complex with international restaurants, inc a cool western style deli/bar and a 24 hr. 7 Eleven.
Getting around KL is easy and inexpensive by taxi, keeps you cool arriving fresh at your destination. Due to the central location, no journey takes long. The tourist sights and places of historical and cultural interest are all nearby. No more than 3 to 20 mins. Taxi fare RM 5 to 15. Make sure meter is in use.

Shopping is a must for any retail therapists, KL is full of Malls and markets open till 10pm. Chinatown and Little India have great bargains, scarves, fake bags, jewellery, etc.
Golf is possible within city limits.
KL is a modern thriving city, harmonizing the many diverse people, religions and culture. The old heritage buildings from the colonial influence and the more architecturally challenging modern structures are interesting from a historical/progressive point of view. The transport infrastructure is pretty good, getting about is easy. Further information is available in the apartment, with reputable taxi numbers. There is always the Tourist Board, which hosts cultural dances at about 2.30 p.m. for free.
There are 2 travel agents within premises.
For accessibility and convenience, comfort and luxury this apartment would suit most travellers inc. buisness people. You do not need a car in KL. As I stay there twice yearly, I try to keep things updated so the apartment looks fresh at any time.
