Property is cared for on a daily basis by Thai family who can provide full laundry and catering service if requested as extra. The owners house is back to back with this one with adjoining gate and contains the Jacuzzi pool with outside shower. A larger community pool just 40 meters from the house offers swimming facilities with a small clubhouse.Plenty of local activity with Golf prominent on the list having 6 courses of high standard within 1 hour of the property plus driving ranges. Most watersports are catered for and there is the opportunity to visit diving islands to the south of Hua Hin. Bird watchers can visit the local Sam Roi Yod park by car or boat. Boating and fishing is available from the beaches and local fishing ponds provide an opportunity to catch large fish in luxury. Selection of bicycles available at the house.

Hua Hin night life is quiet in comparison to other major Thai resorts but there are plenty of restaurants for all tastes, hotel lounges, bars and clubs for an evening drink.

The New Market Village complex runs international films at the cinema with10 pin bowling in the same complex along with a huge variety of shops and eateries including the famous MKs. There are plenty of good massage parlours spread through the area.
