Location

Situated 10 kilometers south of Hua Hin central beaches and hotels on a quiet small secure estate, close by the small village of Khao Tao(nearest beach only 800m) and beautiful Suan Son Beach. Quiet and relaxing location within easy reach of the main facilities using local or private transport. Bus service to Hua Hin or Pranburi and beyond stops 200 meters from house. Taxis can be called from Hua Hin. There are several local shops for fresh daily supplies plus restaurants and hotels at Khao Tao 1.5 km away. The estate has a mixed population with a high residency rate.
The House

New constructed bungalow, neutral furnishing , tiled floors and seperate fully fitted Thai kitchen. Airconditioning in all 3 bedrooms and ceiling fans throughout. Good beds with plenty of linen supplied. Hot power showers in two bathrooms. Large comfortable lounge also with air conditioning is complete with Home Cinema system and large LCD screen. Well planted and maintained gardens with outside seating and barbeque(charcoal). Property is cared for on a daily basis by Thai family who can provide full laundry and catering service if requested as extra. The owners house is back to back with this one with adjoining gate and contains the Jacuzzi pool with outside shower. A larger community pool just 40 meters from the house offers swimming facilities with a small clubhouse.
To Do

Plenty of local activity with Golf prominent on the list having 6 courses of high standard within 1 hour of the property plus driving ranges. Most watersports are catered for and there is the opportunity to visit diving islands to the south of Hua Hin. Bird watchers can visit the local Sam Roi Yod park by car or boat. Boating and fishing is available from the beaches and local fishing ponds provide an opportunity to catch large fish in luxury. Selection of bicycles available at the house.
Beautiful clean beaches less than 800 meters walk from the house. Plenty of sea breezes to keep you cool. Fresh and seawater fishing close by.
Hua Hin night life is quiet in comparison to other major Thai resorts but there are plenty of restaurants for all tastes, hotel lounges, bars and clubs for an evening drink.

The New Market Village complex runs international films at the cinema with10 pin bowling in the same complex along with a huge variety of shops and eateries including the famous MKs. There are plenty of good massage parlours spread through the area.
