Villa Ganesha is built of solid construction by a western builder. It is a single storey, detached development situated directly on the beach front in a popular Balinese village which has a mixture of Balinese and Western developments. It is situated in the north of the island approximately 2 hours drive from Denpasar airport. The nearest tourist town of Lovina is 10 minutes drive away with its bars, restaurants, shops etc. The well known therapeutic hot springs are just 5 minutes away.
The villa has 5 bedrooms and is arranged as 2 separate buildings one having 3 beds and the other having 2 beds. Air conditioning is available in 2 of the double bedrooms. There is an outside bar area and separate utility area. There is a lawned garden and many plants and bushes. Next to the pool is an outside shower.
The main living room is spacious having satellite T.V, and ceiling fans with beautiful views to the sea. The dining area looks out onto the swimming pool and also out to sea. Sea breezes help to keep the villa cool.
There is gated access to the villa and an outdoors seating area looking directly over the beach and sea.
The villa is fully staffed including night security.
Rental returns are good.
